Industria europeană de securitate la efracție și la incendiu și-a consolidat poziția reprezentativă pregătindu-se pentru provocările viitoare la nivel de reglementări, tehnologic și politic. Noua secțiune din cadrul Euralarm va contribui la formarea viitorului segmentului de afaceri privind stingerea incendiilor. Cu două luni în urmă, a avut loc la Bruxelles, întâlnirea de lansare a secțiunii privind stingerea incendiilor, sub umbrela Euralarm, Asociație Profesională ce reprezintă industria de securitate la efracție și la incendiu din Europa. Euralarm reprezintă interesele membrilor săi în fața instituțiilor Europene, a platformei europene de standardizare CEN-CENELEC și a partenerilor săi la nivel european.
Astfel, dezvoltarea Euralarm în domeniul de stingere a incendiilor oferă industriei de securitate la incendiu în ansamblul său o poziție mai puternică atunci când nteracționează cu părțile interesate din Europa și reflectă consolidarea activităților în cadrul industriei și prin calitatea de membru al asociației. „Faptul că avem alături, în Euralarm, membri din domeniul detecției și stingerii incendiilor, reprezentanți ai pompierilor, ne întărește vocea în dialogul cu instituțiile Europene”, a declarat Dominique Taudin, Senior Director, Codes & Standards, United Technologies.
Această reprezentare unitară a industriei de securitate la efracție și la incendiu din Europa reprezintă și un răspuns la noile provocări: de la revizuirea Regulamentului UE privind produsele de construcție până la noile dezvoltări ale legislației și standardelor europene, dar și la dezvoltarea tehnologică care va avea un impact asupra tuturor segmentelor din industrie. Adoptată la sfârșitul anului 2017, crearea noii secțiuni s-a bucurat de un sprijin puternic din partea comunității de securitate. Acest lucru s-a reflectat în prezența unui larg auditoriu prezent la ședința noii secțiuni, la care au participat directori executivi și reprezentanți seniori ai celor mai mari companii și asociații din domeniu. Reuniunea a fost, de asemenea, un prilej de a cunoaște oficial pe primii cinci membri ai secțiunii: Asociația Sikkerheds Branchen reprezentând Industria daneză,
Asociația Industriei de Foc din Regatul Unit (FIA), Asociația Elvețiană a Industriei de Securitate (SES), companiile Siemens și JCI/Tyco Discuțiile din timpul ședinței au vizat o gamă largă de subiecte, de la influența politică la elaborarea statisticilor, mediul de reglementare comun pentru întreaga industrie, standardele la nivel european și internațional și activitatea comună desfășurată de Euralarm în acest domeniu. „Competența uralarm în domeniul standardizării este de un real folos pentru industria de stingere a incendiilor”, a explicat Gerd Hülsen, șeful departamentului Inginerie aplicată de la Siemens și delegat al Siemens la secțiunea pentru stingerea incendiilor. „Dezvoltarea ghidurilor europene de aplicații este o temă pentru ambele industrii, de detecție și stingere a incendiului, dar și pentru securitate în general”, a adăugat Michael Scharnowsky, divizia Business Development International al sistemelor de alarmă și securitate, Swiss Securitas Group.
În ansamblu, ntreaga strategie a sectorului privind stingerea incendiilor la nivel european ar trebuit să fie influenţată de crearea noii secțiuni în cadrul Euralarm. Reprezentanții industriei s-au pronunțat cu tărie în direcția concentrării strategiei Euralarm asupra creșterii siguranței și securității etățenilor europeni. „Noua secțiune de stingere din Euralarm ar trebui să aducă beneficii rapide în acest sector al industriei noastre. Membrii industriei ar trebui să se alăture secțiunii de stingere a incendiilor cât mai curând dacă doresc să influențeze și să modeleze viitorul acestei secțiuni și a întregii industrii",a spus președintele Euralarm, Enzo Peduzzi.
